Logo Yolo

A while ago, I was instructed to create a logo for this blog. During the process, I wanted to incorporate the “K” in “Krazy Kay” and the best way to do that is to make it an abstract version. I liked the thought of a logo that connects and when separated, it can mean something. When I combined the letters, I made sure that it incorporated the theme of the blog with its colors. I chose to use a dark green that I think looks nice.

I’ve had some experience using Illustrator so using this platform wasn’t that hard. I used the concepts that I learned in Design 100 from Spring 2023 when we created logos for our final project. When creating the current logo, I looked back at my previous work to see if I liked some to use as inspiration. I didn’t use any logos but I did use some techniques that I used, such as overlaying, blending, and meshing which allowed me to create the logo that I wanted.

I liked using Adobe Illustrator and can see myself using it in the near furture. I would tend to use it in my Public Relations and Advertising career in the near future for projects and events.

I hope you like the logo. Love
